Studio FAQs

LOCATION?

We are located within the Revival Rentals warehouse in the Genesee Valley Regional Market.

900 Jefferson road (building 3 suite 302), Rochester, NY 14623 (between Henrietta Restaurant Supply and Nathan’s Soup and Salad)

PRICING?

$100/hour (2 hour minimum)

Includes Use of:

-Rolling wall moveable backdrops and seamless paper

-1 sofa and/or 2 chairs (choices based on availability)

-Twin white spindle bed and full sized “boho” bed (linens can be customized for both)

-Props and accent decor (choices based on availability)

-Dressing room

-Lounge space/welcome area (includes seating area, water, coffee, tea, light snacks)

-Private restroom

-Onsite studio assistant

-Set up of furniture and custom sets prior to appointment

Add-ons (additional cost):

-Custom set design with visual mockups

-Social media posts/story design for shoot

-Additional furniture use at discounted rental rate (access to entire inventory based on availability). Pricing is a flat rate per piece, not hourly.

*Can we attach things to the walls and moveable walls?

Yes, within reason! We allow adhesives, vinyl and basically anything that is removable and doesn’t leave a hole or mark. If you want to get wild and either repaint a moveable wall, or use nails/screws-we can make that happen for an additional fee and plenty of notice! Shoot us an email and we can talk details!

BOOKING?

Please visit our Booking page and fill out our online form with as many details as you can! There will be space to include add-ons you may be interested in (furniture from our inventory, decor etc.) as well as more specifics about your shoot. We want you to be able to create the set of your dreams, and we will work diligently with you to make sure that happens. Once submitted, we will contact you to discuss details so we can personalize your experience with us and finalize your booking. 


Can you accommodate last-minute rentals or after hour rentals?

Yes, we will do our best! Please contact us directly by emailing revivalrental@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

Can we come in and see things in person before the shoot?

You can book a 30 minute in person or video consult for a fee of $50, which will be put towards your studio rental cost. Times are very limited. Most of our inventory can be seen on our website, however! We also offer monthly open houses where you are free to roam and check things out!

Is parking available?

Yes. There is a large parking lot available in the Marketplace. If you need to unload any equipment, we have an overhead door you can pull right up to to unload before parking! If you require accessible parking please reach out.

Can I arrive early to set up for my rental?

All rentals will begin promptly at the rented time. No early access is permitted.
Please account for setup and cleanup time when booking.

Is there heat and A/C?

The studio is equipped with heat and large overhead fans. We do not currently have an A/C system, however our building stays cool for the majority of the year.  

Do you have a dressing room?

Yes, there is a dressing room within the studio as well as a clothing rack. We also have a private bathroom.

Do you allow pets in the studio?

Yes! We just ask that pets are kept off of the upholstered furniture so it doesn’t get damaged.
